Donna and Art Wickerham founded and have operated The Only Way to Travel, Inc. since July of 1991.  The idea for the business transpired while on, of all things, a camping trip!  Both Donna and Art realized that there are many people who would like to try traveling to interesting destinations but were not sure of where to turn.  They envisioned their business as being more than an order processing center, but a place with professional travel counselor who could provide travelers with information and assistance.

 Although the business has changed its location and size, it is a dream that is thriving still today!  The Only Way to Travel, Inc. sells cruises tours and vacation packages to all “four corners” of the world.  The agency is a member of Ensemble Travel Group, a co-operative that allows the agency to provide incredible offers to its clients.  For instance, through Ensemble Travel Group, The Only Way to Travel can offer complimentary shore excursions to clients sailing on select cruises on several cruise lines or complimentary amenities when staying at select hotels.

 Taking care of our clients is our top priority.  To that end we have even added an emergency contact number for our clients while they are traveling.  This is not an answering service, but a cell phone.  One of our agents has the phone in her possession at all times so that if a client needs help, we can take care of it right then and there.

 The Only Way to Travel, Inc. became a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) in 1995 and received endorsement from International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN) as a Travel Service Intermediary (TSI) in 1997.

 All of the agency’s travel counselors have extensive training and travel experience.  Each agent is certified as an Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or, Certified Travel Counselor (CTC).

 In addition the agency is open in the evening and Saturday to provide you with assistance at your leisure.  It is also open on Sundays during our busiest season, between New Year’s and Easter.  The office does close on holiday weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the long weekend at Thanksgiving.

 No matter where you travel’s take you, The Only Way to Travel, Inc. can provide you with the assistance you need to make every trip a good one!

 The office is located in a store front at the Main 270 Centre in East Columbus, OH.  There is a staff of three full time professional travel counselors on hand assist clients with their travel needs.

Monday – Thursday:  10 AM – 8 PM

Friday:  10 AM – 6 PM

Saturday:  Noon – 4 PM

Sunday:  Noon – 4 PM (between New Year’s and Easter only)
