Classical French Gourmet cuisine overlooking the moonlit pool at Baccarat Hours: 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations are required.

Located on the offshore island of Balmoral, Cafe Goombay specializes in traditional Bahamian cuisine.
Hours: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations are required.

An authentic English Pub, The Cricketers offers traditional pub food and other snack items. Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Reservations not required.

Dress Code: Casual wear such as shorts, tank tops, swim suits, short sleeve shirts, sundresses are perfect day wear at Sandals. At night we become "casually elegant." Proper attire is required at dinner. No beach wear, shorts, tank tops or bare feet, please. Elegant dress shorts are permitted in some restaurants.

Instructions:
Clients need to send NOTARIZED photocopies of the documentation listed to Unique Vacations, 4950 SW 72nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33155 no later than 30 days prior to their wedding date.

•Completed wedding information form
•(Plus the following if applicable):

•Final divorce decree judgement
•Name change or adoption papers
•Legal translations of documents to English
•Former spouse's death certificate and marriage certificate (if deceased).


Conditions:


•Couples getting married must be staying at a Sandals Resort
•The Bride and Groom must be on the island a minimum of 24 hours in Jamaica before the ceremony can be performed (the minimum number of days required in Antigua, St. Lucia and Bahamas varies. Please call 1-800-SANDALS for details)
•Cancellations received within 21 days of scheduled wedding date are subject to full forfeiture of monies
